what are the newman ph1s like im thinking of getting one for my 90bhp vtr what are they like to the ph3s any performane difference with or without a map also i want a cam that needs a map will the ph1 need a map

As far as i know the ph1 is a very mild cam, you can run it without a map.
a ph3 will be your better option, if you're looking to get a map, make sure you have all the other modifications done before you go for the map. IE exhaust, intake ETC

Yes! Its a better flowing head, with a better cam. Has similar/ better cam specs than the ph1.
