now i am getting my new coilpack and will be running on all 4 i want to no what i can do to make my vts quicker i already have i full scorpio cat back,k&n (genuin) also had it cammed. was thinking about smashing the cat out but what can you people advise i am also buying parts if people have any for sale

De-cat will free abit of power..
What cam's are you running? - more hardcore cams + bodies will squeeze some more power out.. but not alot for your money.
Just do the cheap n simple things like clean/polish the throttlebody, Heat reflective tape on induction piping / enclosure, heat wrap the manifold.. IF it's not a 4-2-1 - get one, Cams need to breathe :P

have you had it remapped?
could get a shorter ratio gearbox from a 106 rallye or xsi
if youre serious about more power, id stop messing about and look into a basic turbo set up. Would cost a good grand or 2 mind

was thinking turbo or supercharger i have got a scrap head that i have rebuilt so maybe ideal for a turbo set up is there any progects about i can look at
