VTR Single plug Open and Closed loop question

Does anybody know at what RPM a VTR (single plug) engine goes into open loop rather than responding to the lambda sensor?

Also what is the standard rev limit on a VTR? (6000 ish?)

They use TP not RPM. So on full open they ignore the lambda.
