Saxo 16v manifold

Hello guys. I have Saxo VTS 16V MK2 year:2002. Now I decided to modify the exhaust system, because it's still with the stock. First I want to choose and change the manifold. But I have some questions: will it fit on my saxo because there is writen phase 1 only, and if not whats the difference between phase1 and phase2 manifolds?

All 16v manifolds are the same as far asi know

All 16v vts/gti manifolds fit mk1 or 2.

Can you guys recommend me a good brand for manifold or manifold that you've tried and there is a big difference after the change.
