had a search and couldnt find anything, just wondering if when you cam a vtr, would you have to change the pully? or can it be done without? and could i mix & match? for example use a kent cam, then a piper pully or somthing?

I've got a cam without a vernier pulley, it's recommended if your fitting a lively cam as a pulley will give you optimum perferomace from the cam

I've used a standard pulley on a J cam but a vernier is ideal if you want to properly set up the timing of the cam. I reckon the bolt holes in the camshaft will probably be the same

ok, cheers for the replys, was looking at a pt40, was on ebay :)
just weighing up costs of different ideas of what to do in the new year :P
so to get the extra couple of horses a pully is recommended but not essential i take it, a bit like mapping? :)
