idling problem

every time i tap the accelerator it idles high to low and when low it nearly stalls then goes back to normal and when normal the idling judders abit can anyone help me with this problem i have changed the icv and problem still persists

Why start 2 threads when all you need to do is search it's been covered 4 times this week alone. If you can't be bothered to search I can't be bothered either.
