i've got a bmc filter, raceland manifold, and peco cat-back.
the next step for me is de-cat.
any recomendations?

I've got a Magnex De-cat for my VTR,lifetime guarantee so can't complain :)

i no the is a bit of a difference from vtr-vts. but did it make a lot of difference?

Well I've just had it fitted so won't find out until saturday because my car is having bodywork done but I've heard it pulls alot better you just need to remember to save your cat for your MOT :)

my mot is thursday. so i'll prob change it straight after. then a whole year of noise!
i think the cat is the only thing restrictin my engine at the mo (air wise) so should make a fair difference!

They do make a fair difference. Your car will be more responsive and will rev more freely than before.

I dont think what type you have will make much difference as its there's nothing magical about them its just abit of pipe.

Any will do. Mines a Miltek. But Magnex is stainless so go for that!
