my oil filter is where that bloke relocated it too, and my manifold hits the end of the oil filter thats why im confused,

Well you have a mk2 manifold on the mk1 then.

I can sell you a shorter filter to get around it For £7 plus postage.

so have i basically got wrong manifold, ? is there anythink i can do, or am i screwed,? im getting a renualt gt5 oil filter tomorrow see i that fits, if that dosent is there no other option?

Shorter oil filter or convert to the mk2 filter system. Also use spell check.

Breakers yard but I wouldn't want to do it you have to drill a hole in the block to fit it and that doesn't really end well.
