Hi all, my saxo mk2 (1.1 hdz engine) occasionally idles at about 500 rpm, it vibrates and it sounds like its about to stall . Changed allot of things already. Can someone point out what it could be?

Things I have done already:
* Changed spark plugs and ht-leads
* Changed fuel filter and air filter
* Changed idle control valve
* Reset the ecu multiple times
* Went to the dealer, (nothing wrong sir) => no ecu error's

Video (I rev the engine)

Is the throttle cable pulled tight?

Noppe, there is a bit of slak so the icv can do its work.

Could it be the brake servo vacuum hose? When I'm pressing down the pedal repeatedly it sounds a bit squeaky some times and the idle starts fluctuating.

Where do you buy a vacuum hose? Can you remove the connections of the old hose?

MAP sensor made a world of difference to my random bad idle.

Replaced the mapsensor, still no change.
