my westcoast is single plug silver top so if i can get a silvertop vtr and the single plug ecu can i use the westy loom so itll be jus bolt out and bolt in? cheers

cheers mate, what about the immobilser then? also does any1 no if using the 1.4 box would improve acceleration?

You will need to unlock the ECU to get around the immobilser problem.

i got a mk1 vtr lump & loom! blacktop if your interested. more modding capability as you can run a s1 rallye inlet manifold!

im gonna save up sum cash 1st cheers tho mate! how much does it cost to unlock the ecu? jus want a simple conversion 4 now cos i was looking at full systems etc but id rather jus pay about £100 to put a vtr in then hopefully start doing some perfromance mods in the future!

just out of curiousity for a mate, can the westy single plug loom be used with a vts engine and ecu?
