hi basically a while ago i bought an engine mount on the understanding there were only 2 types the fluid type and the non fluid type
as my car has a non fluid type mount i bought a s1 non fluid mount (acorn shaped mount)

anyway today i was fitting a new bracket for the engine mount as one of the three studs had sheered off, while i was there i clocked that my mounts dont match.

heres my mount

and heres the mount ive bought

so basically my question is can this new mount be fitted by me just swapping to the old s1 type engine to mount bridge or will i just have to sell this mount and buy the correct one.
if i have to buy a new one can someone show me the one ill need.

any tips or info let me know!

You cant get an uprated engine mount of the one you have matey, There is 3 types not 2 thats the problem.

You need to get the mount cradle welded in so you can use an uprated mount.
