Oil leaking on to the exhaust?

is it eggy? May be the battery over heating?

If its eggy it usually means a clogged cat, iirc eggy can be headgasket too but you'd notice a massive performance decrease with either

If it smells of burning, check no fuel lines in bay are loose as mine leaked and smelt horrid as hell, kinda thought something was up as after a few days of sitting I noticed fuel gauge was down.. I just thought it was the way it was sitting on the hill..

Also oil seeping on any part of exhaust, mind you.. Hotter your engine gets, thinner the oil gets, so check for oil resedue down block and head etc etc if there's any points of minor leaks, saxos are pretty prone to this

it smells more like burning rubber then anything else tbh theres oil down the side of the block (had a leaky rocker cover)

Just an easy one but check the dipstick is down. I fitted a mani the other week and didn't push the actual dipstick tube all the way in and the little green o ring wasn't sealing. When i revved the car out in gear is very slightly hazed hot oil in the bay and i could smell it
Also check the breathers haven't come off.
