Was just looking around google and YouTube for people's engine spec and what sort of power there getting but realised it might be interesting to start a thread asking the question...

What IS your engine spec and power (bhp/ torque)?!?!

Just thought we might get some interesting results and might even help people understand what sort of engine spec get what sorts of power you might get out of any saxo, 106 or jp4 engine.

Asw thread much!!!!

I have a standard vtr block.
Ghetto port and polished xsi head.
Triple/quad angle valve's not sure witch lapped in by hand watching xxx 1&2 lol .
raceland 4-2-1
vtr box
port and polished throttle body
Green filter in standard air box.

I got 115bhp cant remember torque (but will be about as much as is needed to get out of bed on a morning.)at RS tuning in Leeds mapped on standard ecu.

Looking for another xsi head with the s1 rallye cam to have it properly port and polished with the bowls behind the valves not hacked at like the head I have on now.

New engine, 98 bhp VTR with gt25r, I'm hoping 210 atw's, but be happy with 200atw's :)

112@wheels. Dont ask why, the operator was convinced I mustve cammed it but its standard. Run was done in 4th gear so Im assuming the figure should be right. Other folk who were there on the day were getting figures that would make sense for their spec, so no idea why mines massive.

Sandy Brown N/A 1.6 JP4 race engine spec.... 221bhp in the car on the rolling road... Same spec makes 235+ on the engine dyno when mapped. 155lbft torque :)

4-2-1, short air intake and a remap gives that reasonably easily.
Was a very cold day too which helped!

Yeah got the printout from the NW AWesome Gti day last feb. I'll dig it out tomorrow.
Not unusual figures for a K20 with breathing mods and a remap, although my transmission losses aren't as high as most..... Only 226 atf

Mine only gave 210 with a grupe m skunk 4-2-1 and dastek.

Place is Castleford they shut down now mate. But even my mates k20 built and mapped on omex by tdi north is only running 250 bhp that's why I'm interested in your print out.

The inlet design you have Alex, is good for much more than you're running now. Switching to Jenveys won't take you forward.

1.4 16v, electric supercharger and resistor mod, running the quoted 30% + increase so around 120bhp but I also have viper stripes so more like 170bhp now.

I have a derv, puts out 143bhp as standard....180bhp and 300lbf of torque after a remap :)
