Yet another idle problem

I checked videos etc but none seem like mines. When I turn the car over it idles fine just under 1k but if I give the accelerator a tiny, sharp stab and let go it starts to bounce on its own between 500 and 1500 rpm until I give it some revs then it stops. Any advice?

If its not the ICV unplug your temp sensor and give it a clean with some wd40

check thw throttle cable is not holding the t/body open VERY slightly ,or the t/body has been adjusted
if you have more than 0.65v at tps on idle the car will think its not idling but on little throttle .so ICV stops working
