ECU choices are wide for your setup - can get the standard ECU remapped (chipwizards) or go standalone. Standalone range from Predator (plug and play, no wiring) through to AEM/Omex/Emerald, which all require wiring etc.
The general opinion is if you're going standalone, talk to the guys you plan on having map your car on their preference to map. Ideally you'll not actually BUY the ECU from them though - otherwise they're selling what's the most profitable not what's best for you :)
Injector wise you'll be ok on standard injectors for a while yet but if you run into trouble there are other standard injectors that you can swap into your rail. Standard injectors on a 4bar FPR are generally ok for ITB's though :)
