VTR engine rebuild

Hi, i'm looking to fully rebuild my vtr engine just looking for some advise on what to change and what to clean up and put back onto the engine?!

My current engine has done 140k and ive just bought a second engine to refurb as its been stood for a while. So just not sure to get new everything or salvage some parts. But want to upgrade bits like kams n maybe pistons?
