Going to be fitting my a raceland 4-2-1 manifold and a saxsport full system soon, im interested in finding out what i need to fit it, just to make sure i have everything ready to go whilst im gonna fit it,
might as well change it all for new, rubber gaskets etc,
Any ideas thanks.

Socket set, exhaust putty, new rubbers and not sure if there's a gasket where mani meets center pipe new one of those then you should be good.

Got the socket set and that,
will get the rubbers,
Is it a special gasket for a saxsport system?
And same a again, is it a special gasket for the raceland or just a standard one?

1 rubber for the centre section - 2 rubbers for the backbox.
Guessing you've got the spring bolts and the metal gasket for connecting manifold to centre?
And the olive clamp to connect backbox to centre?
If not - http://www.kamracing.co.uk/car-tuning/citroen/citroen-saxo/saxo-exhaust/gaskets-and-fittings.html
If yes - you've got everything.
Sure i used a 50mm gasket for my raceland, but if i was you i'd wait for someone else to confirm.. :y:

Screw exhaust putty, looks crap and can be a pain if you get problems and need to take it off.
I've been told and seen first hand that any clear silicone that you can buy from DIY stores does the job soundly. Easier to get hold of and in some circumstances cheaper

saxsport doesn't use a olive clamp at all im running the same i used 13mm sockets and you will need a 13mm spanner for fitting the manifold the i used original spring bolts for the center pipe to manifold with a new metal donut gasket (if you do the spring bolts up evenly you shouldn't need and paste or silicone) and the backbox slipps onto centre using a u clamp or preferably one like this

i had a problem with mine when i fitted both my backbox was pushed againt rear bumper so i cut the dummy cat out and put a stainless pipe in that was 4 inches shorter which put the back back were it should be hope this helps :P

Not 100% if it was 50mm, but rings a bell.. but as said wait for confirmation.. I just clicked the fitting kit when I bought a supersprint centre off kamracing.
