basically am doing a vts conversion into a vtr and was infomed i will need the immobiliser and also the pick up ring from the barrell aswell as the engine loom and ecu obvcourse.
so i have some more questions lol
1. where is the immoboliser on the vts? and does my vtr have one? both 2002 models
2.is my ecu locked as i did not disconnect the immobiliser before unplugging the ecu?
3. do i need the chips swappped from the keys for the pick up ring? if so how do i swap them?

any info would be greatly appreciated thanks

Theres a post somewhere for this, buttt the immobiliser transponder box is behind the dash in passenger footwell, right at the top like behind fuse box, hard to get to.. The easiest thing to do, regards to immobiliser is to get the new ecu unlocked. Theres a few people on here that can do it, not sure on names though but then the ecu will just ignore the immobiliser and bobs your uncle

Can a predator ecu become locked by not unplugging the immobiliser before plugging in the predator?
