vts conversion

basically am doing a vts conversion on my vtr both 2002 models . I was informed that i need the immobiliser from the vts and the pick up ring from round the barrel of the vts aswell as the engine , ecu and loom obvcourse. got a few questions to ask about the conversion
1.where is the immobiliser in the vts?
2.is my vts ecu locked as i did not remove the immobiliser before unplugging the ecu?
3.how do a swap the chips in the keys for the pick uprings
