cat is in the manifold on the phase 2s, so you'll need a suitable 4 brand manifold or indeed mk1 cast manifold setup providing you relocate the oil filter.
Then you can use an underfloor cat

Is there any point of buying a decat on until I buy a manifold for it coz I can't find a mk2 decat pipe anywhere. What have you done to your vts

all vts's have the cat under the car no matter what year it is

The cat is under the car on all vts's , the only reason why you'd have an issue with fitting the decat to a 52 plate vts is the fact it runs both pre and post cat lambda sensors. This means you need to sleeve the post cat sensor and tie it up out of the way else you're going to get engine management light on.
