Thats upto you... But being brutally honest with you here - You dont sounds as if you know anything about what you're doing. I'd start by doing some research into what you're planning on doing and at least getting a decent idea on what you need to do and how you're going to do it.

Rebuilding the engine isnt an easy task, especially for someone with little knowledge on the matter. Also, if your engine is in good working order, why would you rebuild it?

The T2 turbo came in many sizes and variants. Some would no use for turbo charging a Saxo. Some could see over 150bhp and some hybrid models over 200bhp. Though the T2 is very old hat now and most you see floating about for sale are nothing more then scrap. So be carful when shopping for one. Also avoid diesel only models.
