After an engine conversion, as soon as the ignition is switched on, the Fuel pump doesn't stop pumping. I believe this is because it does have a pressure regulator. As far as I'm aware it's a vts fuel pump and the engine is a 1.4. How can I get round this? But a 1.4 fuel pump or can I buy a regulator off eBay, stick it along the fuel pipe and set the pressure myself? Cheers.

I don't have a pressure regulator in either the pump or rail. Can I buy a universal regulator off eBay and just stick it in the system?

No buy the correct one and put it in the rail. whats in the rail then as fuel would be flooding out if it isnt in..

The rail just doesn't have one, as in there never was meant to be one there..

sounds more like a wiring issue.
