Right, having mastered being annoying on a daily basis, my saxo has upped it's game and is now making my blood boil from long range, skillful eh
As many of you know it decided to develope a couple of faults in ze fatherland, it dropped down to running on two cylinders and then locked itself out totally.
Since my return the imobiliser box has been changed with no joy, the ECU has been swapped and that's meant we are getting somewhere, though the car now idles on two cylinders and will only stay alive for aproximately 5 seconds. The garage are saying its an imobiliser problem and the ECU isn't unlocked correctly. Is this possible? I thought the imobiliser would either be on or off. The ECU was sorted for me by Will and Faye at Carworx and dispatched last week, ariving at the dealer this morning. Carworx tested it on a couple of cars before it left to check it worked and so I can't see the imob being the problem.
Anyone got any other ideas?
Thanks
Dave
ps Customer service by Carworx once again superb with this
