200 on wards...
Depends on what psi you are going to be working , fuel system , head work , camshafts , engine max rpm , ecu.....
What exactly are you aiming for , just a big bhp number with no reliability or steady track car pushing 200-250bhp with longevity??

I got the clutch second and the block was obviously not new, but was a 16k Picasso block. Even had the hone marks marks from when it was built.
Rods new, cams new, Pistons new, pulleys new, oil/water/bearings obv new! baffle on group by, gasket//bolts obv new, ran in on mineral and mapped on synth. Can be seen running and have meter to check compression, back in 4 Weeks so plenty time to save.

Why don`t you buy a vts engine & let someone with the knowledge build you a good spec engine.

What part of low mileage Picasso block don't you understand. You asked about parts, they are new.
Fair play if h wanst to build his own but 1500 won't even get him half that spec.

Why don't you just buy the engine in question?
Then we can just await your threads on how to change an engine :)
