Oh right, because ive just been looking at some 106 GTi's on ebay, and some of them are at 160bhp + and they all have uprated fuel pumps, just wondered if there worth the hassle.

nah, standard is ok. is it not saying fuel pressure regulator?

mate, i very much doubt that is 180bhp.
LAD do good work but there power claims are a bit far stretched.
iirc they have had a court case against them before for false advertising/power claims, not 100% on that though.

it will probably still be quick it just wont have the claimed power.
