Vts
Saxsport
Air filter
Road rally clutch
Polished inlets
Ported and polish throttle body
Found ones with four pins at the end instead of 1 pin are they any good

Tbh the ones listed for your car ie NGK or Bosch as its not a highly tuned motor mate.

I used the sagem 1+3 , With one main pin and three smaller ones , cost about 12 euro so about 10 pounds , have been using them since 2001/2 no problem at all.
As said above thought any make standard spark plugs will be fine as you are not running a highly modified engine

No. Use a proper single plug. Don't use the 4 point ones. If you think it's of any advantage get a plug with 2.
Use Bosch or Denso plugs only, that's what these engines were designed for.

Never had a problem with Ngk.
There is no advantage to using more than one prong
