what oil to use for a semi track car

my 02 vtr is my daily but it is also going to do a few trackdays next year. its ready for an oil change anyway so im changing it now.

what oil do you guys recomend ?

engine is standard with a bmc and exhaust.

normal oil will do for a race car, just change it more often.
