2.5" seems a little excessive, but plausible.
I think it will be closer to either a 2" or 2.25"... A lot of Turbo cars use the 2.5" and thats generally enough for 300bhp (approx) and thats because its free flowing enough.
You'll lose out on the scavenging effect if its too large on a N/A.

2" outer diameter. Probably around 47-48mm inner. Its good for 180+ bhp. You generally dont need bigger..

What size is the outlet on the backbox?
If its 2 1/4" then its probably a copy like some have said above.

The backbox has a tailpipe size of 57mm which is near as 2 1/4inch. Internal bore is the same as the centre pipe though...
