Tried googling this to no avail,
Got two options, put a 1.1 box in my VTR or a VTS Box, what will create best acceleration? if theyre basically the same then i could run a VTS box, stronger, less rpms at 70mph etc, but if the acceleration is no where near as good as a 1.1 box?... Whats peoples opinions

They are very similar..
Just that VTS boxes are more expensive / been abused more so hard to find a legit solid one. They are stronger though, But by no means are the 1.1 boxes weak.. Used them on my 16v for 5 years..
So no difference in performance really, So get whichever you can get you're hands on lol

The 1.1 box should give you a better 0-60 but too much motorway driving can't do it any good. The vts box is designed to manage a vtr/vts power output
