Hello everyone (newbie here)! Thought I'd put out the question of 'what are your opinions on the old cherry bomb exhausts', are they too chavvy to have on a saxo or do they sound good? Sorry if there's already a thread, haven't checked :/

... They're cheap and that's about where the positive ends.
They are chav tastic. Designed for one thing in particular, mostly noise. Plenty of the videos on the you of tube.

Its all down to opinion.

I think they're too loud and sound a bit like a tractor. Awful

If you want to attract as much attention as you can in a car that already has a certain "negative" image about it then go for it :y:

Loud and proud. We've all been young. If you want LOUD and cheap mate crack on. Lads on here wo t like it though because its not a big name brand or what everyone else has got

go for it. i have got a powerflow exhaust recently fitted to my saxo, and i love it for the simple fact it makes my saxo less boring. okay, i admit it looks chavy and its not the best exhaust in the world but it is worth it for the shiggles... :)

Cherry bomb is a simple glass pack silencer, it's designed for maximum flow. It's cheap because they're simple to fabricate.

It offers next to no real silencing. The longer you fit, the quieter it will become whilst still retaining a similar flow.

And offers a great excuse for seeing a car with one ,then sticking a spud up the tailpipe.
