Difference between MM48P and IAW 48P 2.80

Both are 3 plug ECU´s for VTS, is there some difference between them or different loom?

Doesn't one of them get used on the later 3 plug cars and do things like the Fly By Wire Throttle?

Both of them are 3 plugs used on later vts sax, but I can´t find any difference between them. I´m pretty sure saxo doesn´t have fly by wire throttle. What about ABS? Is it working through ECU, or it has another controller? My car is from Italy, without ABS and aircon, and it has MM48p ECU. MY main concern is, if can swap them, because I want to buy IAW 48P 2.80 for remap, but have no idea if it fits to my MM48p Loom etc.
