I'm not to happy with the positioning of the induction cone in my phase 1 VTR as the cone gets very hot when the engine is running. I'm thinking of making a cold air intake. Has anyone done this and have any pictures they would like to share?

I believe this would cause too much turbulence, the pipe basically helps it flow better.

You need a cold air feed as the engine runs better with cold air, no point in that air filter what do ever I have a bmc what is enclosed so heat won't affect it with the cold air feed out the front of the car where the cold air gets to te pipe
