Hello as you guys know the 1525H6 Fuel Pump is a two in one build thing, pump and fuel level unit in one part.

I found a lot of information on the web on the old type of pump and pump housing.

I will ask if there are any people who replaced the pump on the newer style pump housing, and if so which ITP / Walbro / Sytec / FSE numbers will fit.

Want to run the 16V on the standard 3.0 bar or on the 3.5 bar FPR, I got both.

No need for a pump, which is able to deliver much more fuel, I only want to replace the pump cause it is a 14 year old part, which probably did not deliver the standard rate of fuel on 3.0 or 3.5 bar pressure any more.

look up torques.co.uk, they do a Walbro replacement unit which is 255 lph, the standard one is about 180, cost is about the same as a standard one if not lower.

Never had the 106/saxo pump apart, but I believe this one will do the trick, its the same unit for a 205 and it will need a small sleeve as they are narrower than the o.e.m Bosch units.

Thanks, but I am pretty sure this Walbro 255 won't fit in the new type housing. Maybe these sleeves are made for it, but don't want to put this in my tank.

I saw there were also different inlet designs of the pumps, so would be really interesting how it should look like to fit the pump housing.
