New fuel set up what happens to vtr breathers etc

So i had a vtr mk2 set up eg pump in one hole and the regulator underneith the other cover , i now have a tbd vts engine in my car now with a remote fpr in the engine bay , braided lines in and return and a swirl pot inline filter etc

but what do i do with the old fpr lines and breathers etc? I have moved the reg out of the system as i had to drill the tank for another sender unit that will work with my etb dash and now im left with open ended pipes i dont have a clue what to do with
