There's a few posts on here about it but haven't found any to the point answers
Can i remove the canister and piping but leave the solenoid plugged in to stop the ECU throwing up a EML light? will i struggle with over fuelling if removed?
Cheers guys

Ive resprayed the engine bay and have done a mild loom tuck, the only thing holdind me back is the carbon canister and associated piping

there is no technical reason to remove it if not boosted.
and having it disconnected could cause a vacumn in tank if pipe plugged
and if left open it is possible for water to enter tank up that pipe in worst case scenario

okay mate thank you very much, just going to extend the wire that goes to the solenoid and reroute the piping
