I'm going to be fitting a Janspeed 4-2-1 shortly and the exhaust fitting kit for the 1.3 8v comes with a 46.6mm wire mesh conical gasket. I've read online that the after market manifolds need a 50mm gasket instead?

I'm guessing it's the 50mm ID one on that site?

This Janspeed is a few years old and has none of the hardware with it.

Contacted Janspeed.
It's the 50mm conical wire mesh gasket you need and not the 46mm one that comes with all the Peugeot fitting kits.

They don't sell fitting kits any more according to their customer services. They directed me to Clampco, which they use themselves.
albeit, Clampco are looking £10.95 to post a gasket to Northern Ireland. I got a flight to Bristol last week for £18.50, I'm not sure if they hand deliver it for the £10.95 they're asking for. Companies need to learn that Royal Mail rightly classes Northern Ireland as part of the UK and postage prices for small parcels/letters are the same as mainland UK.
