Did someone ever saw or had some wild cam on vtr silvertop mk2? something like highest with stock internals ( like catcams 645 on s2 rallye)..
Second question: does that head have hydraulic or solid lifter?
If someone have some proper build or advice thank you, comments like go 16v are not needed.

its simple if you want to go for a WILD sort of cam then you will need stand alone ecu and throttle bodies or it wil not run happy at low rpm and never pass an emission test --
so how serious are you
To ask if it has hydraulic lifters or solid lifters shows you not familiar with the engine type -- a mk2 vtr has roller rocker arms+adjustable tappets -so the cam you specify would not suit it anyway as that is meant for a pre roller rocker arm engine
i suggest you decide what BHP you want first or how much you want to spend --those parameters will decide what is possible and the way to get it
the reason why people say go 16v is that you will always get at least 30bhp more from same money spent on a 16v than an 8v
