Injector flow rate

I have a R6 ITB setup than i'm installing on my 106 Gti, but i'm uncertain of the flow rate of the injectors.

From what i can see they should be 245cc @3bar, but how can i verify that?

106 gti injectors are either 215 or 225 cc

A lot of people moved to Clio injectors for these setups. I can supply brand new ones if you want them.
