View Full Version : Rallye injector into mk2 fuel rail

Did someone ever tried put rallye injector into mk2 vtr fuel rail? I am doing rally head on mk2 vtr of mine but no injector or fuel rail at the moment...can i get only injectors or fuel rail also?

ive done it, they fit.
If you use the vtr rail on the rallye head you cant secure it down as the securing bolt locations are out by a bit

If it is a mk2 saxo --3 plug ecu type
then check port spacing of rallye head ,i think you will find its different ,so you will need inlet manifold + t/body as well --
main difference between engines is profile of cam +valve spring ,not head shape --
mk2 vtr only revs to 6200 not 7200 --
so ecu will need modifying to get best from the extra rpms

Its 3 plug type but rally head will be fitted and rally manifold modified to fit 3 plug ecu...just wondering if injectors will fit in fuel rail or i need both. Ecu will be remaped
