Air temp sensor location with itb's

I've been trying to search for the answer for quite some time, but i'm either to retarded or the answer is hidden :)

I'm working on gettting itb's on my 106 gti, but i'm uncertain of where i can position the air temp sensor.

What are other people doing?
I can't seem to dig it out from the pictures provided

For the itbs on my ek I made a bracket so I could mount the temp sensor in the middle of the centre trumpets about 3/4 of a inch from the edge, in a ideal world they would be in a filter box with the temp sensor in the pipe feeding the box with cold air.
