Engine oil is 10W-40 Semi-Synthetic
Gearbox Oil is 75W-80 Gear Oil (mtf)
Brake fluid should be DOT 4.0
I've got a timing belt guide I made years ago on 106oc. i'll go dig it out.

I would advise buying a Haynes manual for everything you need to know especially the timing belt, cheap and worth the money.

Red power steering fluid. Don't use green.
Dexron II works well.
