Powerflex Exhaust Mounts

Has anybody found that the Powerflx exhaust mounts seem pretty loose? The standard rubber was so tight to get off, but the power flex just slid on... seems like a backward step??

Another strange thing is the kit I bought contained 4 brackets and from what I can see I only need 2..,

Answered my own question...
There's 4 because that's what's needed for a lot of aftermarket exhausts. I'm running a standard system at the moment, hence the 2 spare. Hopefully that'll change soon!
