Currently have a full hornet exhaust system and back box. However it's too loud and is vibrating the car. Anyone recommend any decent bore quieter ones so i can swap it?

Try looking for Ulter Sport backboxes. They make one for 106/saxo. I believe they are all homologated. It's a local company in Poland but they could be available in the UK
