I am unsure which grade of unleaded I should be using, I have tried to scour the forum for this question /answer but without success.

it'll be fine on E10, lines are all plastic, only thing you may need to change is the injector o rings of they start leaking, but they aren't going to do it on the first tank.
put it this way, normal unleaded has been E5 for 30 odd years, my Peugeot 205 hasn't leaked yet..

E10 is actually fine.
This is a non issue if you look at the data sheets and realise that up to 10% METHANOL was already allowable long before now - along with up to 20% of various other alcohols. It's far more aggressive towards seals and rubbers.
There are very few cars which cannot use E10.
I'm using it in a 40 year old car with it's original rubber diaphragm pulse pump and it hasn't started leaking yet.
