had a search with no luck,
my 2001 vtrs just rolled onto 40k
whats the recommended cambelt change?
is it 40 or 50k?

70k, unless your getting it mapped or putting cams in just wait till then.

yeah its 76k, personaly i never let it get that far tho i do mine every 40k to be safe coz for the sake of a £28 belt it could cost u an engine

:hijack: i am changing the belt and tensioners on my vts this week dya reckon its worth changing the water pump while its in bits

may aswell, it is a proper piss on to do though. dont worry if the flange starts to snap when your wedging it out though, it always happens.
may aswell do head gasket while your at it, lol :D
