decat pipe

have a remus system on at the mo with cat on , want a decat pipe but just wondered what performance gain i will see weighed against the extra noise it will blow

any one got this system on a vts , just dont wanna pee the neighbers off as i finsh work late at night and dont wanna disturb em if ya know what i mean

mine is well loud without the cat, it's alot raspier and pops and bangs alot more.

De-cat you will get very little gains if anything.

The car will rev more freely and the exhaust will get noisier / raspier.

Twin it with a 4-2-1 if you have no centre box and because you have a VTS, this will work out perfectly.

Has your remus system got a centre box?

I bought a Remus center section and it doesnt have a silencer at least not on the Vtr's anyway

thats what im gonna go for. but then ebery piece of my exhause will be a different make! will that matter? ill have . supersprint 4-2-1, magnex de-cat, remus centre section & powerflow back box!

It wont matter lol on my car ive got, Pro-Tech 4-2-1 manifold, Magnex De-cat, Ashley Comp centre Section, powerflow backbox...

As long as its made for your car then it will work

i was under it today when i had the retest for the mot PASSED :clapping: i could see the cat then directly behind that was a small box silencer i think about 6" wide by about 12" long
