i want to know what is involved in port and polishing mine. It cant be that hard for me as im very mechanically minded.

Im not 100% sure on the procedure but its basically smoothing down the inner surface of your Single throttle Body (saxos as many other cars only have 1 TB!)
By smoothing down the surface improve the flow and lessen the amount of carbon deposits.
so your basically going to need to remove it and sand it down then use extensive polishes to give it an amazingly smooth finish.
Sorry that I cant give you any more info, this is all just pieced together from what I have read and learned to understand myself.

Rushy is correct it obviously cant be done with the plastic throttle body which some of the vtr's come with,
Pm Spencer he'll sort you out with one (I want discount for this Spencer ;))

what would i use to polish it.Ive got a dremmel tool, will that be any good

That would be ideal for the job you could do mine whilst your at it.
If you do a search there is a how to guide type thing that should sort you out.
