It'll be the coil pack, that sits over the plugs. 10w40 Semi synthetic oil is recomended by Comma.

better to shove in 5w40 FULLY synth though

So richardson, do i not have leads? I was wondering what that black box was when i put my induction on yesterday, So i just need plugs, oil, oil filter and fuel filter?

Where is the fuel filter?

I was looking at Castrol GTX magnetex 10w40 oil

that will be fine, but for the little extra that fully synth costs you'll get much better cold start performance

Ok David cheers mate, So no plugs required at all, just remove the coil pack and put the new plugs in yeh?

Also would you guys use an engine flush? A few of the lads have said to not bother as it can do more harm than good, also If i take the car for a run then reverse it onto the ramps and remove the sump plug? will this drop all the oil?

Never serviced my car before, i've done escorts and corsa's but never done a sax

No leads required.

Don't use engine flush, not unless the oil in there has been there since 1984 and has things growing in it. Just run the car for a bit, undo the sump plug (rember to get a sump plug key first :) Think its a 9mm) then drain all the old shit out

Ok David cheers, Would you use 0w40 oil? Castrol GTX magentix fully synthetic, one of mates has one at motor spares says he'll do it me for £20!

How can you find out what oil is best? In the manual it says 10W40 so how do you know others won't screw it up? :S
