Could be an earthing problem?
Take the battery off, leave for 30mins, put back on. That may also clear it

try charging the battery..........
if the interior light is dim/windows are slow & it just clicks when turning it over its a flat battery 100%

i also think flat battery, maybe you have a earth problem that has cause the battery to go flat..
You have just rewired your steero, that could have something to do with it losin power

The Lights Will Be On, As There Will Be Enough Juice On Battery To Power Some Little Leds, Trust Mate Chances Are Your Battery Is Flat, Just Av A Go At Bumping It, ( If You Dont No How, Which Some People Dont, put Ignition On, Put It In 1st Gear, Foot Down To Floor On Clutch, get Some One To Push You Down A Hill Or Just Get A Descent Pace And Left Up Clutch, She'll Start Then!!
