Does anyone know wre to get a uni chip? and how much will it improve performance by roughly? How much are they roughly if any one knows. cheers

i dont understand superchips; if theyre so rubbish how comes they up performance?

with the mods your mate has had done it wouldnt be worth getting any chip in my opinion

so strip out the inside does that help then? what about uprated light wieght cam gears, and high performance pistons? anything like this any good to do 2a vtr?

like i said get a vts conversion will be more bhp per £
strip will help but wont see a grweat deal but every little helps

A dastek unichip is alot different to a superchip, they can be remapped when you add other mods but its best to get one once everything else is done. Search google for dastek.

are these dastek chips expensive? what sort of performance can they give or is it all programmable? would you need to get it done in a garage, or is it something anyone can do? Cheers fella's

it needs to be set up on a rolling road only certain places do them
think there around 500 that incs setting up
for the mods you have they rant worth it (for the last time)

yes dont waste your money on a vtr and dastek is only recomend for when you get a cam or turbo supercharger

Again you only need one if your running allot of power... and i dont think your mate will be. You use them to add more fuel into the engine so it dosent under perform and blow up... hear you would gain very little if any.. and it needs a rolling road to be set up.

Oh rite, e dusnt wana get a conversion, e as it in his head dat da garage will fuk up his car so e is determined to find sumin that e can add on or change. i was thinking panel filter, light wieght cam gears, bigger pistons any of this worth doing?

Cams/Manifold/Zaust system/Filter (a decent one)...
That will see him a fair bit of BHP...

well tel him to take it somewere who knows what there doing or ask in the regioanl sedction if anyone will help you regarding garages or maybe do it there selfs
